Executive chef and restaurateur Enton Mehillaj was born and raised in Tirana, Albania, moving to Worcester in the mid-90s. He and his wife, Oriola Koci, opened their first restaurant, Livia’s Dish, in July 2012, and Altea’s Eatery in the fall of 2016. The Worcester restaurants are named after their two daughters.
